You will be responsible for :
・Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques
・Improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.
・Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for.
・Manage daily operation(Reimbursement/Attendance/Time-off) and people-related assignment (contract/access management)
・Partner with contractors to roll out all key people processes (performance management,benefits, development programs, etc).
・Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency
・Being the contact person for our HR agency
・Support company regular/special event
・Other related assignments by manager.
We hope you have skills like:
・Bachelor's degree preferred
・Effective oral and written communication skills.
・Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Google Drive environment.
・General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
・Experience in full-time HR programs at least 1 year.
・Excellent interpersonal skills.
・Skills in database management and record keeping.
